Biography —
Dr. Megan Baumgardner graduated with her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Tennessee and completed her predoctoral internship at Cherokee Health Systems. She is currently a Pediatric Medical Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Her research interests focus on understanding the role of parenting and cognitive biases in the intergenerational transmission of anxiety disorders. Megan’s research aims to inform treatment and prevention programs for at-risk youth. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, painting, exploring the city, and relaxing with her family and friends.
