Biography —
Iasha Williams is a 1st year graduate student in the Clinical Child Psychology Ph.D. Program. Her research interests include examining anxiety-related disorders in children and adolescents and underlying mechanisms that may serve as risk or protective factors. Emotion regulation, intolerance of uncertainty, and parent-child relationships are of particular interest. Additionally, she is invested in furthering research efforts that aim to address equity and accessibility for historically underserved and underrepresented populations in the field of psychology. In her free time, Iasha enjoys discovering new music, trying new foods, and traveling.
